Cards: What if I don’t want to enter my credit card on line?
Although we use a secure on-line ordering system, we understand some
customers prefer not to enter credit card information on line. In this
case, you may call the Gourmet Lady shop at 541-547-5252 to place your
order. Please note we are a small shop and if we are helping customers
you may need to leave a message for a return call. Whether you place
your order on line or via the phone, once your order has been charged
to your credit card, the information is destroyed.
Gift Wrapping: Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes. Please select the gift wrapping option you desire on the last page
of checkout. There is a small fee for gift wrapping. We are happy to
include a gift message with your order whether or not you select the
gift wrap feature.

Order Catalog: Do you have a mail order catalog?
No.
Ownership: Who owns ilovewasabi.com?
The Gourmet Lady, parent company of ilovewasabi.com, is a minority,
woman-owned business.
Recycling: What is your policy about recycling?
We believe in re-using cardboard boxes and packaging material
such as Styrofoam “peanuts” and bubble wrap. However, we
do not reuse any packaging material which has contained strongly aromatic
products, such as garlic. Cardboard and paper which cannot be reused
are recycled.
Shipping: How and when will I receive my order?
We use UPS ground service. Your order will be shipped the following
business day. You may select faster service for an additional fee. If
you desire overnight service, which we cannot guarantee, please call
the shop at 541-547-5252 to inquire.

Orders are shipped within United States only. Sorry, international
shipping is not available.
Credit Card: My credit card statement shows a charge to GOURMET
LADY. Why?
